We will do more than make a few calls and send letters.  We are not like most collection agencies, we do not take debts in bulk then spread our efforts over thousands of debtors hoping to collect on a few of them.  

Once we take assignment of your case, we do everything in our power to enforce the judgment.

Garnishment, and levying property, are our main focus.  We can find what assets are available, and do the court paperwork to take the assets.

You do not have to go back to court to get your money.

We have access to the best public and private databases which allow us to locate the debtor and their assets. 

We handle the paperwork and will even go to hearings for cases which have been assigned to us.

What We Do

First, you email the debtor's information through the contact form, including the date, court, and  amount of the judgment, and we will get started.

We will do an initial search on the judgment debtor and decide if there are available assets. 

This search is free for you, and there is no obligation between us at that point. 

Once we decide to work the case, you will be sent paperwork to sign. 

There is still no obligation. 

You look over the paperwork, and have whomever you want to look over it for you. 

Once you have the paperwork signed and notarized, you mail it back with our self-addressed stamped envelope, and you do nothing unless we call with some investigatory questions to help us find the debtor or assets.

Collect debts which are owed to your business.  Debt collection is done on a percentage basis.

 Commercial debts are taken locally for 30% if no court is involved, but if a suit is necessary, the contingency is 50%.  There are still no upfront costs.
